Edwards Lifesciences Valencia is looking for an HR Intern who will enable the best in class employee experience through the delivery of HR Solutions. This role as generalist, works directly with people leaders, employees and the HRBPs to ensure that all human resources needs are met.

We are offering a full time paid internship for 6 months (with possibility to extend), starting from October 2025 on, on site in our office in Paterna, Valencia.

 

How you will make an impact:

  • Support daily service operations by performing routine service tasks requested to support all Iberia employees deliver a best in class employee experience for the assigned HRS pillar

  • Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, system changes etc.

  • Communication with consultancy and assistance with contracts.

  • Management of the Total Wellness program

  • Provide input for the development and delivery of communication materials related to programs, plans, policies, processes

  • Perform audits and validations of transactions. Examine and verify data for accuracy and consistency

 

What you'll need:

  • Be a university student (Degree or Master's) able to do a learning agreement for 6 months, ideally in an HR related field or International Business, Administration or Law.

  • Native Spanish level.

  • Excellent English is a must (minimum B2).

  • Excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, high energy, engaging personality.

 

What else we look for:

  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required

  • Result-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity)

  • Short experience in HR is a big advantage

  • Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred) is a big advantage
