Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and inspire a Circle of customer loyalty teams (CLTs), making sure work is divided smoothly and everyone knows their role.
    • Keep the team motivated and excited about learning new things and becoming experts in their field.
    • Support self-steering teams and help them achieve their career goals.
  • Risk Management:
    • Own the risk management process and follow the right procedures to keep financial and non-financial risks in check.
    • Make sure we're always on the safe side while keeping things running smoothly.
  • Adaptive Mindset:
    • Encourage the team to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
    • Adapt your leadership style to suit the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of your team members.
  • Capability Building:
    • Help team members grow by providing training and coaching.
    • Support the development of direct reports and others in the organization.

    • Build trust within the team by valuing everyone's unique perspectives and being genuine about your own values and work style.

  • Performance Management:
    • Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team, setting clear objectives and holding team members accountable.
    • Take corrective actions when needed to ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and interpret policies for your area of expertise and advise the wider business on policy application.
    • Monitor the implementation of procedures within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Identify and engage with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns through meetings, events, and supporting materials.
    • Promote understanding and commitment among stakeholders.
  • Transformational Change Management:
    • Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs.
    • Use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors.

What we are looking for:

  • at least 3-5 years’ proven experience with people management
  • great communication skills (English is a must)
  • experience in banking / payments environment would be an advantage.

Wage (gross)

  • 2550 EUR/month
  • *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
