Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting our HR technology with a focus on configuration, reporting, and integrations. They will partner with functional and technical teams to optimize system stability and provide production support. The role will help manage technical HR Projects and act as a liaison between our technical support providers and our internal business users.

MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and unit testing for system improvements and future upgrades
  • Provide support for systems, processes, business users, and customers
  • Function as primary contact for HCM, Payroll, and Timekeeping
  • Respond in a timely manner to resolve issues and maintain documentation of their resolution
  • Assist with the design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations
  • Maintain a repository for integration technical specification documents and workflow documentation for new and existing integrations
  • Manage integration testing for HR Technology System (Workday and UKG) feature releases
  • Serve as the point of contact on integrations between Workday, UKG, and internal applications and external vendors
  • Enhance, debug, and fix HR system issues
  • Perform thorough quality assurance testing and validation to ensure all the delivered objects are of highest reliability and accuracy
  • Maintain and design reports for business users in multiple platforms
  • Maintain security policies and configuration
  • Research system community and documentation to help resolve technical issues
  • Escalate and manage tickets for complex technical issues

EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday Certification preferred
  • Workday Integration experience including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, and XML nice to have
  • Functional working knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Performance/Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll)
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, business process configuration, calculated fields, and tenant configuration
  • Experience in UKG Timekeeping a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and effectively communicate technical information to all audiences
  • Ability to research, experiment, test, and evaluate technical solutions/scenarios in Workday
