Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. is looking to fill the role of Client Relations Specialist!

Position Summary
Our ideal candidate has a passion for Pizza, a genuine ability to communicate with others, and sets the bar for being “Uniquely Godfather’s Pizza.” This position will assist in the coordination of project management tasks as assigned based on the strategic direction of the Company in support of reaching Company goals.
Essential Functions
Handle the day-to-day processes for the distributor accounts in a timely manner.
Work with current and potential customers on overall operational excellence, including marketing recommendations and oven/warmer calibration.
Perform all thirty-day and ninety-day new account checkups.
Work closely with Marketing and Procurement team on promotion offerings, changes to products, and manufacturing issues.
Identify and provide support with dormant accounts.
Provide input on potential LTO’s for the To-Go Program while successfully managing the entire LTO process.
Communicate all site submission decisions to the appropriate individuals.
Manage in-house product inventory and coordinate samples.
Assess and perform To Go audits in the field.
Assist in the preparation of tradeshows and attend tradeshows as needed.
Perform additional tasks as needed
Position Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management, or other related fields preferred.
Over two years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Restaurant Equipment knowledge a plus.
Travel required as needed.
