We are now looking for a SICS Technical Architect to join our successful Insurance Industry Organization.

Daily challenges

• Interact with customers to respond to service requests.
• Interact with a global team spread across the world.
• Work on supporting the customer by customizing and setting up the product.
• Maintain or enhance the interfaces that integrate the product with the customer sub-systems.
• Perform incident resolutions, root cause analysis, system restore operation.
• Analyze interfacing requirements.

Experience and skills required

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent background.
• 7+ years of experience as Software Engineer and/or Technical Analyst.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with relational databases: data modeling, data manipulation, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Automation of build, test and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with scalable, secure and maintainable architectures.
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with working within financial services (insurance/reinsurance industry).
• Technical skills and experience in Web Programming and ETL tools.
• Test Methodologies, Tools and Techniques: test planning, test automation
• Service management, team coordination.
