Boomiでは、日本市場での事業拡大に向けてウェブマスターを募集しています。本ポジションは、Boomiの日本語ウェブサイト、パートナー向けサイト、ヘルプサイト、トレーニングサイトなど、あらゆるオンラインコンテンツのローカライズおよび運用を担当します。日本市場に最適な形で情報を発信し、Webを通じた顧客・パートナー体験の向上を図ることで、日本でのブランド浸透と需要創出に貢献いただきます。
グローバルチームとの連携も多く発生するため、高度な英語力とプロジェクト管理能力が求められます。主な業務内容：

• 日本語ウェブサイト全体の運用、更新、最適化（UX含む）
• パートナー向けサイト、ヘルプサイト、顧客研修サイトの日本語コンテンツ構築・管理
• 英語原文をベースにした日本語コンテンツの翻訳・編集・校正
• コンテンツの品質維持と日本語表現の最適化
• 日本市場に特化したWebキャンペーンやページの制作・運用
• 海外のマーケティング、開発、デザイン、翻訳チームとの連携
• CMSを用いたWebコンテンツの実装および簡易なHTML/CSSの編集
• 必要に応じて日本語SEO対応
• プロジェクト進行のスケジュール管理と関係各所との調整

必須条件：

• Webサイトの構築・運用に関する実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）
• CMSの使用経験（WordPress、Drupal、Adobe Experience Managerなど）
• 日本語コンテンツのライティング・編集・校正のスキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力と、高度な英語読解・会話能力
• 海外チームとの業務経験（メールや会議でのやりとり）
• 自律的に業務を推進できる方

歓迎条件：

• マーケティング部門での業務経験、特にデジタル領域
• BtoB分野でのWeb運用経験
• SEO・アクセス解析ツールの利用経験（Google Analytics, Search Consoleなど）
• HTML/CSSの基礎知識
• 翻訳会社やローカライズプロジェクトでの経験

Job Title:
Webmaster – Japan Market
Location: Japan (Remote work available)
 Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager, Japan
Boomi is seeking a Webmaster to support our growth in the Japanese market. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining Boomi’s Japanese-language websites, including the corporate website, partner portal, help site, and customer training platforms. The Webmaster will ensure that all content is accurately localized, clearly written, and appropriately adapted for the Japanese audience. In addition, this role will lead the development and operation of Japan-specific online experiences to strengthen our brand presence and drive demand.
As this position involves regular collaboration with global teams, strong English communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, update, and optimize the Japanese Boomi website, including UX improvements
• Manage Japanese content for the partner portal, help site, and customer training platforms
• Translate, edit, and localize English content into clear, engaging Japanese
• Maintain high standards for Japanese content quality and clarity
• Create and manage Japan-specific landing pages and web campaigns
• Coordinate closely with global marketing, development, design, and localization teams
• Implement and update content using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager)
• Ensure SEO compliance for Japanese content as needed
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in website management or development
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Strong skills in Japanese content writing, editing, and proofreading
• Native-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proven ability to work with international teams and communicate professionally in English
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a marketing-related role, especially digital marketing
• B2B website experience
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience in translation or localization projects
