We’re seeking a strategic, experienced, and globally minded Director of Employer Branding who will be part of our HR management team, reporting directly to our CHRO, shape and scale our talent brand narrative, working across functions to position Lightricks as an employer of choice globally. You’ll lead the global employer branding strategy, manage a small but powerful team, and own our external & internal talent-facing brand. Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, Engineering stakeholders and Operations to craft compelling narratives, launch strategic campaigns, and create moments that stand out in the tech ecosystem.
