Filipino Remote Administrative Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
Facility Management Company | Dubai

We are looking for a part-time Remote Admin VA to support our Facility Management client in Dubai. The main tasks are answering client inquiries and handling basic invoicing.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client emails and basic inquiries.
- Prepare and send invoices.
- Update simple records and follow up on pending payments if needed.
- Other light admin support as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Support.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of preparing and sending invoices.
- Reliable internet connection.

Working Hours:
Part-time, remote must be able to work within Dubai office hours.
