Invoicing experience
Know how to manage the process of creating, sending, and managing invoices to customers.
Payment management.
Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate charges.
Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
