· Spearhead
the full lifecycle of new product development; from ideation, market analysis,
and concept validation to final commercialization.
· Interpret
market trends and consumer insights to recommend strategic product positioning and
innovative pipelines.
· Review and
consolidate clinical studies, scientific publications, and technical data to
support ingredient selection and substantiate product efficacy.
· Collaborate
with regional NPD teams to explore bulk-sharing opportunities and manage MPEC
submissions for profit and loss evaluations.
· Oversee
project timelines and deliverables, including the preparation of bilingual
product fact sheets and marketing collateral.
· Perform
ongoing market research to ensure product competitiveness and alignment with
current industry developments.
· Ensure
adherence to regulatory requirements by managing label development, claims
verification, and relevant documentation.
· Cultivate
and maintain partnerships with contract manufacturers to identify and pursue
potential business growth opportunities.
· Provide
technical expertise and support to Marketing and Sales teams on product-related
queries and initiatives.
· Mentor and
support junior team members to promote a culture of collaboration, innovation,
and continuous learning.
· Carry out
additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or senior management.
· Bachelor’s
degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a
related field.
· Minimum of 5
years’ experience in product development.
· Solid
knowledge of formulation, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics,
preferably within the health supplements or pharmaceutical industries.
· Strong
project management abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving
skills.
· Proactive,
resourceful, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
