We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support the next phase of our e-commerce paid media team. The candidate will manage campaign planning, buying, and execution across search and social platforms—ensuring accuracy in setup, pacing, and creative trafficking. They will analyze performance data to deliver optimizations, maintain regular reporting to support ecommerce goals, and collaborate with growth and creative teams to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting To:              Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, Paid Social

Location:                    Z SUPPLY Headquarters - Costa Mesa, CA

Work Type                 Hybrid 3-4 days onsite / 1-2 days remote

 

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Planning, buying, and day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns (including but not limited to Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Bing)
    • Ensure accuracy in campaign setup including keywords, audience, creative details, and budget management
    • Own pacing, QA, and creative trafficking process to support Paid Media team
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization
    • Monitor performance of all campaigns across paid media channels (search & social) to track KPIs
    • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and provide optimizations to improve campaign performance
    • Maintain report schedule to assist in supporting Z SUPPLY Ecommerce goals
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Align with senior growth managers on testing opportunities and process improvements 
    • Collaborate with creative teams to identify creative performance wins and challenges based on real-time data
    • Stay current with platform updates, emerging tools, and industry best practices
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Oversee data feed management to ensure accurate and optimized product listings across Google Shopping and other digital platforms.
    • Support ad hoc projects to address evolving business needs
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and competitive

 QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

  • Experience & Expertise:
    • 2-5 years of experience in planning & buying digital media campaigns with a focus on Paid Social & Paid Search
    • Hands-on media buying experience across platforms including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing
    • Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords and other social media platform managers
    • Experience in marketing for women's specialty apparel or fashion brands preferred
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple tasks and projects
  • Analytical & Technical Skills:
    • Ability to plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns in order to drive actionable insights and improve performance
    • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets
    • Manage large data sets to report and provide insights on campaign performance
    • Platform certifications preferred (Meta Buying Professional, Google Adwords, etc)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with test setup, media strategy, MMM, and incrementality tools is a plus

 Paid Media Specialist Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors.   Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation.  Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
