The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. As a member of the HR team, will provide support in all HR functions, in addition to recruiting/talent acquisition.
The person in this position will need to display a high degree of initiative, have excellent time management, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Identify appropriate recruiting strategy. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Support the companys hiring needs with job posting on company website, scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews include phone, videoconferencing, and onsite interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates who are going through the onboarding process.
Complete background checks, pre-employment drug screen documents, and send onboarding documents to bring new employees into the system.
Maintain HR Data Systems.
Ensuring process completion for all new hires to include: background checks, orientation, and new hire paperwork, along with making travel arrangements as needed.
