This opportunity is open to applicants based in Pennsylvania only.

ACG Health is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underserved populations with compassion, equity, and innovation.

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to support our digital communications and web presence. This flexible role is ideal for a communications student, recent graduate, or freelance consultant with experience in digital content, web forms, and email marketing. The individual will be primarily responsible for creating and customizing complex Jotform forms, including conditional logic, integrations, and responsive design.

The incumbent will play a key role in improving how we engage with our community, by helping to build user-friendly appointment forms, maintain light website content, and create newsletters for patients, partners, and staff.

We are envisioning your weekly commitment to be between 15-25 hours per week. This is a remote role. A laptop will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update patient appointment forms using tools like Jotform, ensuring accessibility and ease of use
  • Support website content updates
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters for internal (staff) and external (patients, partners) audiences
  • Assist with email campaigns and community outreach
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital materials
  • Provide general support on digital communications projects as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jotform
  • Familiarity with website building platforms (e.g., WordPress, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communication and design sense
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for community health and digital equity
