Lokal Homes is a Colorado-based homebuilder focused on building Condo, Townhome and Single Family Detached housing throughout the front range. Lokal began from a vision created by Dave Lemnah and Ryan Lantz, with a focus on standard features, excellent customer service and quality building.
Since the inception in 2012, Lokal has closed nearly 2,000 homes from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs.
Our business model is simple: deliver an enhanced living experience, design for the Colorado lifestyle, and offer an elevated base set of standards.
As a Community Sales Manager with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award winning Colorado sales team! This role will partner with the community construction team to sell homes and meet company expectations. Must be flexible on schedule as Saturdays / Sundays are required workdays but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team. A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member.
What You Will Do Each Day In This Role:
Sell and close homes using the Lokal Sales Process.
Contact customers in backlog each week to communicate important updates.
Submit daily & weekly reports to manager.
Complete initial & final option selections (if applicable) in accordance to company policy.
Visit builder competition 1x per month and complete competition analysis.
Review company sales process & tour with manager.
Attend scheduled trainings as required.
Attend community team meetings each Friday as required.
Required Core Competencies:
Customer Orientation: Effective performers stay close to customers. They view the organization through the eyes of the customer and go out of their way to anticipate and meet customer needs. They continually seek information and understanding regarding market trends.
Influence: Effective performers are skilled at directing, persuading, and motivating others. They are able to flex their style and direct, collaborate, or empower, as the situation requires. They have established a personal power base built on mutual trust, fairness, and honesty.
Initiative: Effective performers are proactive and take action without being prompted. They don't need to wait to be told what to do or when to do it. They see a need, take responsibility, and act on it. They make things happen.
Listening Skills: Effective performers offer their full attention when others speak. They listen actively, giving verbal and nonverbal cues of their interest. When the speaker has finished, they paraphrase what was said to ensure understanding.
Team Player: Effective performers are team oriented. They identify with the larger organizational team and their role within it. They share resources, respond to requests from other parts of the organization, and support larger legitimate organizational agendas as more important than local or personal goals.
