Requirements:

Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) soit dans le domaine du comportement organisationnel ou dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours et doit également avoir une bonne expérience de l'enseignement, de préférence dans le domaine du comportement organisationnel ou dans la gestion des ressources humaines.
