What you’ll do

Design & develop Python services that power our AI features
Build and evolve APIs consumed by a wide range of customers from Fortune 500 to small to medium sized.
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost at scale (profiling, load-testing, observability).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ship end-to-end solutions.
Improve quality through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
Learn & share: propose ideas, mentor peers, and stay current with AI/ML trends.

What makes you a great fit

At least 3 years’ experience - or equivalent, demonstrable proficiency - building production grade Python software.
Solid grasp of HTTP fundamentals and API design.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Comfort with algorithms, data structures, and pragmatic system design.
Hands-on experience using Large Language Models to build customer-facing features.
Git fluency and a habit of writing tests.

Bonus points (helpful, not required)

Hands-on with PyTorch, Hugging Face, DSPy, or other ML/LLM frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, async Python (asyncio, FastAPI).
Exposure to event-driven or workflow engines (Temporal, Airflow, etc.).
