Job description

Create plans for enhancing sales in the specified region for current and new customers in the Pharma, Nutra, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market and prioritize customers, and develop unique selling propositions to stand out.
  • Manage relationships with customers across different levels of their organization.
  • Close sales and negotiate deals.
  • Provide timely information about products and services to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and identify new market segments.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively pursue new prospects and overcome qualification challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Anticipate and overcome initial qualification challenges or roadblocks.
  • Proactively develop a market penetration strategy based on competitor analysis.
  • Practice value-based selling.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as standalone projects or regular work, which will be represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed upon by the incumbent, reporting manager, and HR.

Requirement:

  • Experienced in managing B2B sales within the Pharma industry, specifically dealing with API/excipients.
  • Have established strong relationships across different departments within major Pharma accounts.
  • Capable of overseeing channel partners.
  • Open to extensive travel.
  • Must be located in Ho Chi Minh/South Vietnam.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a changing environment and easily adjust to evolving situations
