Job description

The Data Integration Analyst understands and coordinates/configures electronic data exchanges, works with business partners to resolve and document data exchange issues, and audits data processing to ensure accuracy. The person in this role has strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to foster strong working relationships with our business partners and RxBenefits teammates. This individual's activities must facilitate continuous improvement and a dedication to excellence in a climate of fast growth and demanding responsibilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and implement member benefit eligibility and claims data exchanges for new accounts and changes to existing data exchanges 
  • Establish and develop relationships with 3rd party business partners
  • Continual protection of sensitive member-related data through the use of secure email systems, SFTP and other methods of data encryption; following HIPAA guidelines at all times
  • Management of assigned cases, ensuring appropriate issue and resolution and documentation
  • Interpret data file specifications to ensure accurate data processing and identify new development requirements
  • Review and analyze inbound/outbound data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, text editors (Notepad++, UltraEdit, etc.) and SQL Support new process and technology solutions
  • Support off-hours priority work as needed, including some holidays
  • All other duties as assigned 


Required Skills / Experience:

  • Associate’s degree & 2 years of related experience or 3 years of related experience
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with an eye for detail 
  • Highly collaborative team player 
  • Strong in written and oral communication, organization, and relationship management
  • Ability to adjust to competing or shifting priorities as needed
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Text editing software (Notepad++, UltraEdit, etc.) FTP and file encryption software
  • Basic SQL 
  • Healthcare/Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferred
  • Commercial issue tracking software experience (JIRA, Track IT, HEAT) 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM tool preferred

 

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $53,990 - $63,440 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
