Job description

It’s time to change. We change!
Welcome to Auvaria, where passion, team spirit, responsibility and courage form the basis of our culture.

We are looking for a motivated and strategic-minded team player (f/m/d) with strong communication skills and a passion for translating complex technical topics into clear business value. As a Cloud Transformation Analyst, you will advise various stakeholders including C-level on cloud transformation, support early project phases such as assessments and business case development, and act as a vital bridge between IT and business.

On your day-to-day, you will:

  • Translate strategic guidelines into clear and structured business cases for cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, or innovative cloud-native solutions (such as data & AI, serverless technologies, or resilience concepts). You'll work closely with experienced team members and gradually learn how to connect technical solutions with business value
  • Collaborate with our technical consultants and cloud architects to understand proposed solutions and help articulate their business impact in a way that’s easy to understand for different stakeholders.
  • Support our clients in exploring cloud strategies and identifying transformation opportunities, including cost-benefit assessments like Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). You'll build up this expertise with the support of your team.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, especially in the early stages of client engagements – such as pre-sales, discovery workshops, or initial assessments. You won’t be expected to lead this from day one, but you’ll play an active part in the process and grow into the role over time.
  • Transform complex business cases into clear, compelling stories  and visualizations (e.g., PowerPoint, dashboards) to support decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.
This way, you can realise your full potential and strengthen the entire team at the same time!
Your profile:
  • A strong interest in technology and cloud topics – you’re curious, quick to learn, and enjoy understanding how things work, even if you don’t come from a technical degree background.
  • Experience in business or IT consulting: You have at least 2-3 years of business experience or experience in IT consulting (ideally in the cloud or digital transformation sector). It's a plus if you also have experience building business cases and basic financial models (e.g. ROI, TCO, payback periods).
  • Solid understanding of modern IT and cloud technologies (AWS knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Project management: You are able to apply knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to navigate complex project environments and guide others in aligning with processes and timelines.
  • Communication skills: You communicate fluently in both German and English and can clearly and understandably communicate complex technical matters. You are a team player and quickly build trusting relationships with your customers and colleagues.
  • Learning efficiency: You have excellent learning skills and are always motivated to learn new technologies and customer environments. You are curious and open to new challenges and are not afraid to learn new things.
First-class benefits for your career!
At Auvaria, you can expect more than just a job. We offer you an attractive working environment with many benefits that promote your career and enrich your private life:
