We are looking for an IT Service Operator to join the Servicedesk & Monitoring team of our client.
You will be involved in the following areas:
Central monitoringof national ICT and infrastructure services as well as all programs with various distribution channels at the beginning, middle, and end of the teams.
Global coordinationand safeguarding of service support processes with subsidiary support units and external suppliers.
Incident, change, access, and event management, including their documentation in the service management system.
Implementation of initial continuity measuresfor broadcasting and broadband services, and transfers to internal teams or external partners.
Coordination and communicationof troubleshooting measures in case of major incidents with national impact and their follow-up.
Quality assurancein the failure process.
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship in IT, electronics, or electrical engineering.
In-depth knowledge and interest in ICT and/or broadcasting are desirable.
Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with business partners, suppliers, and customers.
Language skills in German and English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on call.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of ITIL in the field of service support and operations.
