As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our professional services team by managing the logistics and communication that keep projects on track and clients informed. This position is based out of our Cirencester, UK office.

What You’ll Do

You’ll coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT services projects, working closely with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth project delivery, clear communication, and timely completion of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage services projects from initiation to close, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource coordination.  
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.  
• Match engineering resources to client needs based on project scope and technical expertise.  
• Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to prevent delays.  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.  
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.  
• Support adoption of new IT solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  
• Identify opportunities for additional services that align with client goals and Loop1 offerings.  

What You Bring

Required:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.  
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including remote and global teams.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
• Comfortable using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow PPM.  
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., cloud, networking, servers).  
• Ability to document project activities clearly and consistently.  

Preferred:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.  
• ITIL Foundation or Scrum Master certification.  
• Experience with SolarWinds, Cisco, or similar IT environments.  
• Background in coordinating technology migration or transition projects.  
• Flexibility to work across time zones as needed.
