We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. This role is vital in driving our company’s growth by ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote

Requirements:

  • In your Cover Letter you must acknowledge you meet the below items, otherwise we will not consider your application valid.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with 95% American English level
  • At least 1 year of experience in the web hosting industry
  • Knowledge of ICANN domain name registration rules
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion
  • cPanel University certifications for cPanel, and WHMCS sales courses or equivalent cPanel experience
  • Clear understanding of Shared, Reseller, and VPS Server hosting
  • Familiarity with open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!
  • Quickly able to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution
  • Have a reliable high speed internet, and electrical power connections for your devices, UPS recommended
  • A quiet area to perform your tasks, as well as noise cancelling headsets
  • Understand our ‘No Hidden Costs‘ philosophy
  • Be aware of our commitment to protect the environment through ‘green’ hosting

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Inquiries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets, Orders)
  • Utilize our internal dashboard and third party CRM to follow up
  • Following up, Escalating with sales leads
  • Handling occasional billing-related requests, including formulating best renewal options
  • Order Verification to reject fraudulent attempts
  • Processing plan up/downgrades, as well as addon sales, such as dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, etc
