Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary-Exempt, Remote

 Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, operations, implementation, and marketing, you'll develop scalable, user-centric solutions that align with our mission to enhance workforce screening services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products.
  • User-Centric Design: Utilize user research, feedback, and data analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with employment screening or HR-related industries.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work.
  • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
  • The ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards, including proper seating and desk setup.
