On behave of our Client, the global leader in the hitting and ventilation industry, we are urgently looking for

SAP Customer Services (CRM) Consultant

Location: Hybrid role, based in Liechtenstein or Switzerland, Zurich
Salary: 120,000 - 130,000 CHF
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Your Expertise:

Proven track record: You possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP Customer Service.
Process optimization: You have a passion for analyzing, refining, and enhancing business processes using SAP tools.
Technical proficiency: You are skilled in SAP Customer Services configuration and welcome the chance to use ABAP and iFlow development.
Project management: You are comfortable in both traditional and agile project environments.
Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Collaborative spirit: You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and open to new ideas.

Your Impact:

Domain ownership: You will be the go-to expert for SAP Customer Service domain and related systems.
Project collaboration: You will partner with business units on IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and solutions.
Support and innovation: You will provide user support and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the SAP Customer Services landscape.
