Strong hands-on experience in Windchill PLM application L2 and L3 support, resolving incidents, SRs, writing problem reports and involving in defining change requests, solving complicated tickets
Provide support to Windchill and CAD users across USA, Europe region
Very good customer facing skills to attend and drive status calls, present technical explanation and analysis of tickets, create reports, good in documentation
Hand-on experience in supporting configurations and troubleshooting Windchill and CAD integrations, CAD Workers and Visualization services in one or more of the following: Creo, Solidworks and AutoCAD, Solidworks experience is preferable.
Strong experience in working with Windchill 11.x / 12.x PDMLink/ Project Link and any other modules
Sound knowledge on EBOM, Part and Document management, Change Management and PLM-CAD-ERP integration scenarios
Working on Windchill configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, investigation of technical problems and providing, tracking the resolution of those tickets.
Interact with Windchill users and IT team of customer to gather required inputs to resolve tickets
Create and publish knowledge base articles for re-use by customers and other project team members
Coordinate with PTC for timely resolution of PTC cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills to deal with customer issues over phone, email, and Ticketing tool like SNOW
Work as per Support SLAs

Experience with designing and creating workflows and lifecycles
Good Debugging skills to narrow down to the issue in a customized environment.
Experience in working with Windchill Workgoup Manager
Experience in fixing code defects, enhancements, and customizations
Experience in data migration, Windchill update and Major Upgrade
Experience in vaulting & replica Configuration, working with Windchill Workgoup Manager, rehost/cloning
Knowledge on Windchill cluster, Cluster, and monolithic installations on Linux / Windows (Windchill Installer experience) on prod and pre-prod
