The Opportunity   
We are looking for a passionate Community & Impact Manager with a strong interest in education, social impact, and digital innovation to lead the engagement of public school teachers using the Efekta platform as a supplementary classroom solution.
This role will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community of educators, promoting digital literacy, providing ongoing pedagogical support, encouraging the exchange of best practices, and supporting the teaching and learning journey. The ultimate goal is to maximize educational impact and foster teacher motivation.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage, support, and promote digital literacy among public school teachers using the Efekta platform.
  • Design onboarding journeys, training programs, and continuous support for educators through a mix of digital channels (videos, newsletters, webinars) and in-person formats (events, meetups).
  • Build and manage online teacher communities that foster collaboration, recognition, and the sharing of best practices.
  • Monitor key metrics related to platform usage, teacher engagement, and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating achievements.
  • Act as a bridge between educators, internal teams (pedagogy, product, data), and public sector stakeholders, ensuring a high-impact experience.
  • Represent Efekta at educational events, seminars, and public forums.
The skills & experience we look for
  • Proven experience in community management, educational programs, stakeholder engagement, or social impact initiatives.
  • Strong passion for public education, digital inclusion, and pedagogical innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate educators.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and a solid understanding of educational metrics.
  • Preferred experience with large-scale programs, public policy, or educational projects in partnership with government entities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
