The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role ensures the platform supports business objectives through robust configuration, data integrity, user support, and process automation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders, and a passion for enabling business success through technology.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Monitor system performance, gather feedback from users, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and usability
- Maintain data quality through regular data audits, deduplication, and validation rule enforcement
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment, implementing best practices for data management
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements
- Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet evolving business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues within the Salesforce platform in a timely manner
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand best practices and platform capabilities
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce updates, integrations, and new features
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and Health Cloud features, recommending improvements based on new functionalities

Education, Certifications and Experience:
- College degree (bachelor’s or associate degree) preferred
- 5+ years of hand-on Salesforce administration experience with Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211)

- 2+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional preferred
- Experience with MuleSoft preferred
- Advanced certifications (Platform App Builder, AgentForce, Business Analyst) preferred

The salary/hourly range for this position is $87,000 – 107,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications, with the final offer reflecting skills and other job-related factors.
