Job Class: Full time

Work Location: Remote, Canada

Salary Range: $120k - $140k CAD per annum

Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Legal. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, assess automation potential, and help design and implement innovative, efficient solutions leveraging platforms like n8n, OpenAI, MCP Servers, and Microsoft Azure AI tools.

 

What you will be doing:

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engage stakeholders across business functions to document and analyze current processes
  • Identify high-impact, feasible use cases for AI and automation
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture pain points and value opportunities
  • Define business and functional requirements for automation and AI solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers to design target-state workflows and process improvements
  • Support development and testing by validating requirements and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate PoC (Proof-of-Concept) initiatives and gather feedback for refinement
  • Lead change management and training activities for solution rollouts
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of use cases with impact and feasibility scoring
  • The position is expected to analyse complex problems and develop solutions that are aligned with best practice and compliant with industry standards.

 

You have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or shared services operations
  • Strong understanding of business process optimization for functions such as Finance, HR, Market, and Legal.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation concepts (e.g., RPA, GPT, cognitive services)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
  • Experience working in HR, Finance, and/or Legal environments is a plu
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code tools like Power Platform, UiPath, or n8n is desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
