Your mission

Step into a newly created full-time role where you’ll have a pivotal impact on developing and enhancing innovative systems that support our operational teams driving one of Europe’s largest bike-sharing networks. Work on an exciting international project, leveraging your expertise to shape the future of urban mobility and influence millions of daily users.

Develop and maintain analytical tools and systems essential for daily bike-sharing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure and DevOps, to implement solutions.
Gather and analyze requirements to plan and drive project development.
Writing efficient, well-documented code.
Debugging, profiling and maintaining backend services.
Ensure system reliability and scalability to support thousands of city bikes across Poland.

Your profile

Solid experience in web development, with strong expertise in Node.js and SQL.
Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and hands-on experience with testing and production deployments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka).
Professional-level English for effective collaboration in an international team.

It’s a plus if you have experience with Kafka, CDC, key-value stores like Redis, as well as familiarity with stream-processing, data warehousing (Snowflake), and tools like dbt.
