through low carbon product development, supplementary cementitious materials (SCM), alternative fuels, and promoting recycling and circularity.

To be successful we would like to expand our team and are therefore looking for a PMO Manager (f/m/d). You will directly report to the position Vice President Global Decarbonization. Your place of work will be Heidelberg, Germany.

In this position, you will drive the tracking of initiative progress and impact for the CO2 roadmap. Your work will focus on creating transparency over the status quo and developing and supporting strategic initiatives that accelerate decarbonization efforts while helping to present strategic insights.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation tracking dashboard, consolidating performance data and results achieved across initiatives

  • Track and analyse the progress of initiatives aligned with the CO2 roadmap, ensuring transparency and measurable impact through regular updates and dashboards

  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with countries to understand progress

  • Support or lead specific strategic topics, including the development and execution of initiatives that drive decarbonization efforts

  • Aggregate and formulate presentations on strategic insights derived from performance data or other ad-hoc initiatives for senior stakeholders

  • Confident handling of PMO processes and the ability to craft impactful strategic presentations are among your core strengths.
