Partner closely with senior management to drive and land key strategic initiatives across functions, ensuring execution excellence and alignment with business priorities.
Build and continuously optimize the project governance framework, including project planning, stakeholder mapping, risk tracking, and milestone delivery processes.
Act as a cross-functional bridge between internal departments (e.g. Creative, EC, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain), aligning timelines and resources to ensure efficient project rollout.
Identify and proactively remove execution roadblocks, escalating risks and proposing solutions as needed to ensure project success.
Prepare and facilitate key project-related routines such as monthly reviews, stakeholder updates, and internal check-ins, ensuring clarity and transparency across all involved parties.
Consolidate and deliver clear, structured reports and presentations to enable data-driven decision-making for senior stakeholders.
Requirement
5–10 years of experience in project management, internal strategy, or management consulting, ideally within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Strong organization and execution capabilities, with a proven track record of landing high-impact projects from 0 to 1.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in working with senior leadership and cross-border teams.
Comfortable structuring presentations, reports, and meeting materials, and conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Experience in consumer brands, digital, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
