Universal Genève invites a seasoned Senior Editor to join our Marketing team, bringing expertise, elegance, and a passion for exceptional storytelling. You will start your new professional journey by joining our "Le Couturieur de la Montre" - team located in one of our offices in Zurich / Grenchen (Solothurn) with possibility of hybrid work mode (first 6 months). After that time, the permanent location of your mission will be assigned to our HQ located in Geneva.

It’s more than a Brand Architect role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to take control over a wide range of projects and be responsible for the implementation of the Breitling stores worldwide. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the design of luxury retail spaces including the development of furniture elements and would suit a driven and pro-active candidate with excellent experience in interior design and a liking for visual merchandising.

 

Your contribution:

  • You will design and implement stores according to company standards,
  • You will draw up retail spaces and furniture elements to scale,
  • You will create intriguing retail concepts, brief agencies and support stakeholder throughout the implementation phase,
  • You will be project leader in an international environment,
  • You will ensure quality and budget while further streamlining internal processes,
  • You will meet stringent deadlines with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
  • You will work closely with other members of the retail development team,
  • You will be analyzing briefings and implementing given challenges into layouts,
  • You will brief agencies and local suppliers and contractors,
  • You eill liaise with local Breitling entities as well as with internal departments at HQ,
  • You will ensure the CI throughout every step of the process and further develop the design concept,
  • You will find suitable customized solutions whenever standards don’t fit,
  • You will support local Breitling entities as well as the Trade Marketing team with your technical knowledge,
  • You will prepare timelines, cost estimations and presentations for the management.

 

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have 5 years of work or internship experience, including 3 in the retail/ shop fitting industry,
  • You have experience in luxury industry,
  • You are proficient with CAD drawings (Sketchup, Archicad, Autocad, etc.),
  • You have strong competency in project management and have profound organizational skills,
  • You are a pronounced problem solver with excellent attention to detail,
  • You speak fluent English, knowledge of French or German will be a plus,
  • You have a University degree in architecture, interior design or any equivalent education in project management,
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics and luxury and a strong curiosity and interest in the luxury fashion industry would be a plus.
