About the client:

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona, specialized in the development of value-added medicines (AVMs) and innovative solutions for the B2B market. With a highly skilled cross-functional team, they collaborate with international partners throughout the full product lifecycle—from early formulation to tech transfer and global commercialization.

The company offers a dynamic and regulated environment where innovation, quality, and operational excellence are at the core. They are currently expanding their R&D team to lead new developments in collaboration with CDMOs, CROs, and other key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

🎯 Your mission:

  • Lead development projects with third parties (CDMOs, CROs, API suppliers, regulatory and scientific consultancies).
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (R&D, BD, Regulatory, IP, Operations).
  • Define Target Product Profile, Project Plan, and budget.
  • Oversee formulation, analytical development, tech transfer, and dossier preparation.
  • Support the evaluation and validation of new AVM or generic projects.
  • Manage timelines, risks, milestones, and costs using a project management system.
  • Contribute to regulatory processes and respond to Health Authorities as needed.


✅ What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical project management or clinical development (3–5 years minimum).
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology (Master’s in Project Management is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-cultural management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities in complex environments.
  • Solid English level (international setting).
