About the client:

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona, specialized in the development of value-added medicines (AVMs) and innovative solutions for the B2B market. With a highly skilled cross-functional team, they collaborate with international partners throughout the full product lifecycle—from early formulation to tech transfer and global commercialization.

The company offers a dynamic and regulated environment where innovation, quality, and operational excellence are at the core. They are currently expanding their R&D team to lead new developments in collaboration with CDMOs, CROs, and other key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

🎯 Your mission:

Lead development projects with third parties (CDMOs, CROs, API suppliers, regulatory and scientific consultancies).
Coordinate closely with internal teams (R&D, BD, Regulatory, IP, Operations).
Define Target Product Profile, Project Plan, and budget.
Oversee formulation, analytical development, tech transfer, and dossier preparation.
Support the evaluation and validation of new AVM or generic projects.
Manage timelines, risks, milestones, and costs using a project management system.
Contribute to regulatory processes and respond to Health Authorities as needed.

✅ What we’re looking for:

Experience in pharmaceutical project management or clinical development (3–5 years minimum).
Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology (Master’s in Project Management is a plus).
Strong stakeholder and cross-cultural management skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities in complex environments.
Solid English level (international setting).
