The Rams are looking for an Associate Manager of Video Operations to join our Rams Studios team. This role will be responsible for supporting key marketing production workflows, video projects, and ensuring seamless coordination of operational workflows in all phases of production with a range of teams both internally and externally. This individual will acquire skills to build strong relationships that foster collaboration in a creative environment to support the Rams Studio teams in the development and production of content. This individual will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a desire to drive efficiently to improve the flow of collateral between departments and streamline production workflows. Possess openness in their problem-solving and integrity in their research to effectively address the needs of the company. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. 



Responsibilities: 

  • Support project management and resource planning alongside the Sr. Manager of Studio Operations across Rams Studios projects
  • Create and manage production documents (call sheets, post-production info, pre-pro decks, and budget sheets)
  • Liase between internal teams (Studios, Marketing, Football Ops, Partnerships, Brand) and external parties (agencies and freelancers) at each phase of production
  • Partner with Video Leads to develop production schedules and plans that align with marketing campaign priorities, timelines, and budgets
  • Track budgets and handle invoice submission
  • On-site line producer, managing crew, talent, scheduling, and shoot logistics
  • Facilitate the approval and submission of legal documents such as film permits, freelance agreements, contracts, COIs, vendor agreements and licensing fees
  • Ensure delivery of all static and motion creative to editors
  • Set and lead reoccurring meetings to drive projects forward
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including permitting, insurance, cast releases, and prop sourcing
  • Lead pre-production processes and post-production wrap procedures including music licensing
  • Onboard external freelancers (G&E crew, camera crew, etc.)


Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years or more experience in production and marketing
  • Deep understanding of production workflows and can communicate using industry-standard terms related to creative and media assets (e.g., aspect ratios, resolution, file formats, codecs, deliverable standards)
  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite  
  • Understanding of different file types and specs for each platform  
  • A creative thinker with a strong design eye and comfortable making recommendations 
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Must be able to easily pivot and adjust workflow to shift with the needs of the business 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Act with integrity, possess strong creative thinking skills, and the ability to think conceptually 
  • Experience with JIRA, Asana, Airtable Slack, and web-based Project Management software a plus
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays


Salary Range: $68,640/yr. - $72,500/yr.
