Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative based in the Pacific Northwest to join our sales team supporting our Alvarado Security Division. This individual is responsible for presenting and selling B2B products and solutions to end users in collaboration with security integrators, security specifiers, and end users.

  • This remote position will cover Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, & Utah*

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What You Will Do

  • Manages existing accounts and pursue company generated and independently developed leads
  • Maintain and develop an expansive network of security integrators
  • Serve as a technical resource to specifiers and clients
  • Search for relevant bid opportunities
  • Provide technical materials (drawings, specifications, etc.) per project requirements

What We Require

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years successful B2B sales experience
  • Travel – 30% - 40%

What We Prefer

  • Security industry and integrator sales experience
  • Experience selling technical products
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (CRM) - Salesforce
