Job Category

QuinStreet is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and Other Paid Social Platforms. This is an ideal role for someone with a foundation in digital advertising who’s eager to grow into a full-stack performance marketer.

You’ll work closely with senior media buyers and cross-functional teams to help launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in the lead generation and home services space.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching and QA'ing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
  • Utilize existing campaign methodology to build and scale campaigns
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, geo, and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, Margin)
  • Rotate and test new creatives (images, videos, copy, advertorials)
  • Support audience targeting, exclusions, and negative placement reviews
  • Pull data reports and surface key performance insights to the team
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account managers to execute tests
  • Stay informed on best practices and platform updates across the paid social landscape

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (internships count)
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and/or other paid social ad platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics
  • Bonus: Experience in lead generation or home services verticals

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 USD to $60,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
