Job description

We are currently hiring Implementation Analysts and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.



In this role you will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for Sterling Brokers' clients. This position is responsible for managing & maintaining client and carrier data, facilitating technical setups, and driving successful client implementations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and carrier partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless transition for new and renewing clients

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication to bridge operational and technical processes. Bilingualism for at least one hire is strongly desired. If you are bilingual (English/French) be sure to highlight this in your application.


The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:


  1. Project Manage Client Implementations: Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initiation to completion.
  2. Facilitate Kick-Off Meetings: Lead client implementation kick-off calls to align expectations, gather required information, and establish next steps.
  3. Validate Onboarding Documentation: Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  4. Carrier & Platform Setup: Prepare and submit implementation forms to carrier partners.
  5. Ensure proper setup of new clients and plan members within SCBConnect and carrier platforms.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between internal teams (Operations, Sales, Systems, and Carrier Relations) and external stakeholders. Address and resolve carrier-related onboarding requests.
  7. Data & Process Integrity: Conduct data audits and validation to ensure accuracy in system setups.
  8. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance the client experience.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in Group Benefits or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills; experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) required.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, data feeds, and carrier systems is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct business in French is a plus (can be coached on industry specific terms as needed).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with clients in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset.
