What will you do?

Develop and maintain platform for improving performance across multiple products
Define, design and develop tools for performance analysis and testing
Analyze design and architecture of complex products
Promote scalability and reliability across wide range of SaaS products and services
Efficiently work with large amounts of data, analyzing and extracting key performance and scalability insights
Be an expert in performance and scalability, integrating industry best practices with development team practices

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Several years of experience in designing services and developing features using Java or Golang.
Passion for software performance and history of improving it.
Proven knowledge in: designing and architecting large and scalable cloud-based applications, developing on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP etc.), and containerization & orchestration (Docker, Helm & Kubernetes).
Experience with performance testing(K6, Gatling), profiling and monitoring tools.
Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies.
