Your Impact
As a Cloud Applications Consultant within the OpenText Cloud Technical Success Services Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting enterprise customers by ensuring the stability and performance of their OpenText Cloud environments. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, administer production systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver world-class service. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the success of OpenText’s cloud solutions.

What You Need to Succeed
- Experience supporting enterprise-level, multi-tiered applications in an IT or consulting environment
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and ITIL-based service delivery models
- Skills in Windows/UNIX administration, scripting (e.g., .sh, .bat, Java, JavaScript), and relational databases (SQL Server, SQL)
- Familiarity with web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support global customers
