myHR Partner has a remote Human Resources Manager opportunity available. Here, you’ll work with multiple clients daily, switching gears and challenging your HR knowledge and skills. This is not consulting work, our employees are full-time, hands-on, outsourced human resources partners to multiple client companies. 
 
What a day in the life of our HR Managers looks like:
As a true generalist, you’ll be a business partner with a variety of small to midsize companies working directly with owners and company leadership. With a consultative approach, you’ll act as their internal human resources team in conjunction with other assigned teammates.
  • Exercise your expertise in everything HR: managing and executing day to day HR strategy for our clients, providing guidance to management, benefits, employee relations, policy writing and implementation, payroll, compliance, training, worker’s compensation, and anything and everything in between
  • With a combination of strategic and administrative duties, we provide next-level variety and challenge
  • Clients are located across the country; you’ll get to work with to varying state/local regulations
  • Your time management skills will get a workout as you manage your time effectively with our client’s best interest always in mind, while keeping to our 40-hour workweek
  • You’ll get to practice your relationship-building skills as you work to remotely support our clients 
What you need to thrive in this role:
  • Education: A degree in HR or Business (with a focus in HR), and/or SHRM or HRCI certifications
  • Experience: 5+ years strategic and hands-on experience working as a department of one or a small team, supporting all of the HR needs and the entire employee life cycle required.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus
  • Location: Work from home/remote with limited travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us
  • Software Skills: Well-versed in MS Office and various HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
