This role will lead the complex engineering heart of this scaling Deep Tech business both operationally and strategically across all engineering disciplines - Electro Optical, Mechatronic, Systems, Firmware, Materials, Hardware, Mechanical.

Senior Engineering Leadership role with clear route to C-Suite

About You

Degree in Electronics, Aerospace, Software, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Deep technical expertise in AI, optics or autonomous platforms
You will have delivered a product and dealt with consequences of decisions
15+ years experience in engineering and leadership
Previously led technical engineering and cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with strategic business contributions
Experience managing engineering budgets, with a solid understanding of P&L
Lead and support a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
