Job Description:

Pay Range: $40hr - $42hr
  • This role is ideal for candidates with a few years of experience looking to take on additional responsibilities while continuing to develop their expertise in AV systems and IT support.
  • candidates will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our AV infrastructure and assisting with AV deployments and event-based support, working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support for AV systems, focusing on conference rooms, digital signage, and event-based audio-visual setups.
  • Troubleshoot issues with displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems, including Google Meet, Logitech, Anker, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, Yealink, Owl Labs, Avocor, Vibe Board, Room Scheduler Technologies, and more.
  • Collaborate with the AV Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain AV hardware and software solutions.
  • Assist the AV Events & Production team with live corporate events, supporting audio, video, graphics, and livestream needs.
  • Provide remote teams with AV troubleshooting to ensure reliable video conferencing experiences.
  • Maintain and upgrade AV hardware to align with company conference room standards and AV Engineering guidelines.
  • Handle support tickets related to AV systems, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance sweeps and updates on AV systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to equipment and AV processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by accepting and acting on constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision, even in fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to re-prioritize daily and consistently follow up and follow through without reminders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to build trust and strong working relationships with creatives, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in AV support or multimedia support roles.
  • Familiarity with conference room systems such as Google Meet, Logitech, Anker, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, Yealink, Owl Labs, Avocor, Vibe Board, Room Scheduler Technologies, etc.
  • Knowledge of AV equipment troubleshooting, including cameras, microphones, displays, and other peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., switches, routers, and WiFi) and how they impact AV system performance.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA Service Desk or equivalent.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience assisting with corporate events or large-scale meetings.
  • Skilled in navigating corporate tech environments and workflows with ease and efficiency.
