Full Stack Software Developer – Pathlight

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join the Pathlight team. If you love building highly interactive web applications with strong backend architecture and want your work to make a meaningful difference in the healthcare space – this role is for you.*

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain: Contribute to both frontend and backend layers of the PathLight application.
  • UI-Centric Development: Play a central role in implementing new interface features and improving overall user experience.
  • Model Business Logic: Design and refine core business processes and domain logic that simulate real-world lab operations.
  • Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with a focused team including a project manager, testers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Own Your Work: Participate in the full software lifecycle—from planning and development to testing, deployment, and feedback integration.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in web applications.
  • Good knowledge of C#, ASP.net MVC, .NET Framework/Core.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 as well as responsive design techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience with Angular.
  • Good knowledge of OOP and Design patterns.
  • Good algorithmic thinking.
  • Ability to research technical challenges and find solutions independently and as a team.
  • Experience with cross browser testing and fixing browser specific issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present ideas and changes.
