TRAFFIX’ growing marketing team is seeking an experienced digital Content Writer to develop transportation and supply chain content that informs, engages, and converts. In this role, you’ll create articles, whitepapers, case studies, and more for distribution on www.traffix.com/resources and other channels. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. From thought leadership to product education, your SEO optimized content will help shape the voice of our brand and elevate our presence in the market.


What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Write and edit original, high-quality content, including articles and thought leadership pieces, whitepapers and research-backed reports, guides, checklists, and other downloadable content, case studies and testimonials highlighting client success.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts on content topics and breaking down complex information into engaging narratives.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns and business priorities.
  • Conduct an annual content audit
  • Working with our SEO expert, optimize all content for search, readability, and performance across digital platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and research to surface original insights, data, and customer perspectives.
  • Repurpose content for multiple formats and distribution channels.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or editorial—ideally in a B2B setting (transportation and supply chain experience preferred).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio that reflects a strong grasp of tone, structure, and audience engagement.
  • A strategic thinker who can align content with business goals.
  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams, interviewing stakeholders, and working independently when needed.


Nice to Have

  • Experience developing gated content and lead-generation assets.
  • Familiarity with content metrics and performance tracking to inform content strategy.
