Intouch Insight is looking for a hard-working, adaptable self-starter to work on a permanent, full-time basis, as a Scheduling/Support Agent.


The Role

As a Scheduling Agent, your typical day will be working with our network of independent contractors (mystery shoppers) who complete research shopping assignments across the U.S.  as well as assist in recruiting new contractors to our network.

In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls to support mystery shoppers and conduct follow-ups as needed. You’ll be responsible promoting available assignments, as well as responding to shopper inquiries, using email and text. You will also be posting assignment opportunities on various sites, helping to onboard new shoppers, and guiding them through technical processes such as accessing assignment instructions and submitting reports through recognized platforms and their apps.


The ideal candidate

You are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with tight client deadlines and you are committed to achieving results. You take pride in providing clear guidance and support to contractors to ensure they can complete their evaluations successfully. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness, and have a keen eye for detail. You are friendly, well-organized, and confident when speaking on the phone, and can regularly manage multiple priorities while keeping a positive and solutions-focused attitude.

Previous experience in mystery shopping, marketing, customer service, retail, or a call center setting is a strong asset.


Experience working with Sassie and/or ShopMetrics is preferred but not needed.

Salary Description
$36,000-$38,000
