Overview
Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) is seeking a positive and engaging Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Director) for the IT Department to define, develop, and implement data driven solutions in support of operational objectives and efficiency improvements. This role requires technical skills, analytical aptitude, reporting capabilities, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively.

The preferred candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a problem solver and enjoys assisting others. They will understand the big picture, consume and rationalize details, think critically, and reason analytically to deliver customer-centric solutions. Key success factors for this role include a strong sense of teamwork and collaborative focus.
Demonstrated consensus building, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are essential. Accordingly, the successful candidate should be adaptable, able to reprioritize and shift gears quickly, comfortable in a high-pressure environment and be politically savvy, diplomatic, responsive, and mature.
Potential Salary
$110,500-151,900 per annum. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
