To improve the behavioral health status of children in our primary service area and beyond by linking them with the appropriate behavioral health services. Staff will conduct a telephonic needs assessment in order to determine appropriate resources. Staff will provide resource options and follow up with families and communicate outcomes with referral source. Staff will work with families to identify barriers to obtaining behavioral health treatment and problem solve to come up with alternate options when barriers are present. Provides assistance to crisis center staff for patients not linked to behavioral health services.
Must have excellent communication skills to engage families, as well as our internal and community providers. Must be extremely well organized in order to manage high referral volumes and follow ups. Must be able to effectively problem solve to address complex case needs with supervision.

day shift, 8:30 - 5 pm
3 (8) hour shifts (Tues, Weds, and Thurs)
no weekends or holidays
