The Role:
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in scaling the revenue engine. This is a hybrid role combining ownership of sales compensation design and execution with foundational sales operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both analytical and operational, capable of aligning incentive structures with business goals while streamlining the processes that support reps and revenue leaders.
Own the end-to-end sales compensation process: Plan design, quota setting, performance tracking, and payout execution
Support and enable accurate forecasting and reporting
Optimize sales processes and tooling

Salary Range: $129,717 - $167,869
Total compensation includes: Base salary + bonus + stock options
