Job description

Responsibilities

Lead and provide comprehensive solutions to the customers from consulting to system construction and development, operation follow-up and maintenance with much knowledge about manufacturing business and IT.

Involve bidding and pre-sales activities together with sales team. Meet customers who are mainly manufacturing companies together with Sales team to understand their requirements and lead/provide solutions and suggestions.

Support sales team on proposals and pitches for presenting to the potential customers. Ensuring the product can be delivered to the customers according to their expectation.

Responsible for the further implementation as project manager, lead and create business requirement/design documents, collaborating with development partner to lead development and testing. development of the interfaces and collaboration between the Sales departments and System Engineering department.

Responsible for much high level of QCD of the system engineering process. Work towards providing the linkage of ERP and Digital Solution.Manage and coach the current team members to be able to deliver high-quality solutions to meet customers expectations.
