Backed by Josh Harris, David Blitzer, and The Chernin Group (TCG), and co-founded by legends like Cal Ripken Jr. and Shaun White, our portfolio includes Ripken Baseball, Cooperstown All Star Village, Baseball Factory, Under the Lights Flag Football, and more.

We deliver world-class training, tournaments, and facilities that empower young athletes to grow on and off the field. As a fast-scaling company, we combine the energy of a startup with the reach of a national platform—and we’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to help ensure our financial infrastructure grows as smartly as our business.

  • Identify and implement accounting process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Serve as key liaison for external auditors and tax consultants during financial audits and filings
